Refund policy
There are no refunds or returns available. All sales are final.
THCa Products cannnot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged within 2 weeks of products received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@penguindistro.com and send your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.
Shipping and Handling
We will not ship to states where THCa. All orders are shipped UPS Ground for free with the exception of chocolates. Chocolates are shipped UPS 2day with ice packs and may incur an additional fee.
Cancellation
We are unable to change an order once it has been placed.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (holidays excluded). Currently we work Sunday – Friday from 10am – 4pm. It is up to the purchaser to know the laws in their state. Penguin Distribution holds no responsibility for lost, seized, or stolen packages once shipped. No Military addresses (AFP’s) are allowed, and no active service members can purchase from us. All items are carefully packaged for extra safety while in transit.
Damaged or Missing Shipping
We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before mailing and take proper precautions to secure the product carefully however, we understand that during the transport process packages are subject to damage. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged or missing product must be made within 72 hours of arrival to Route. Please contact UPS, and us, and provide information of the damage so we can view your coverage options and rectify the situation. Notify us as soon as possible if it appears the packaging has been tampered with.
